Scenereleases.info Clone

Here’s what I need:

A site clone similar to: http://scenereleases.info

Except site will be targeted towards college / scholastic

There will be categories for school subjects (such as Physics, etc.)

In each category Users can submit links to sites + picture of site + a brief explanation on the site… and people can rate (5 stars) + comment on it.

In each category, users can upload classroom lectures they have recorded, or other personal notes and information they can provide so that it becomes a true “information sharing network.” (all content will be self-hosted.. not torrents)

Also , I want PHPBB set up for the forums.

Site backend needs to be easy to update + add new content/categories.. so
